This meet is for swimmers age 10 & over.  Swimmers sign up through the Bay State Games website http://www.baystategames.org/swimming.  Details about the meet are below and can also be found on the website above.

Session I -
200IM, 500 Free, 100 Breast, 200 Free, 100 FLY, 200 Back, 50 Free
Registration 7:45am-8:45am
Warm Up 8:15am-9:00am
Competition 9:15am-12:00pm
Lunch Break 12:00pm-12:30pm* *(includes opportunity for swim down)

Session II- 200 FLY, 100 Free, 400 IM, 100 Back, 200 Breast, 1000 Free
Registration 11:30pm-12:30pm
Warm Up 12:30pm-1:00pm
Competition 1:15pm-3:45pm

Bay State Games Trials – Southeast Coastal Region
Sunday, June 9th 2013
Lincoln Hancock Community School Pool
Water Street, Quincy, MA.
All Massachusetts State residents 10 years or older in the Southeast Coastal Region (Zones 3 & 4) are eligible to compete at this meet.

Rules/Eligibility

  • Age on June 9th, 2013 designates division
    - Junior: 10-12 years old (10yrs old not eligible to swim the 1000)
    - Scholastic: 13-15 years old
    - Open: 16-18 years old
  • Swimmers may enter a MAXIMUM of four events.
  • $25 trials meet fee (no per event fee),$30 for mail in entries, $35after June 1st.
  • $25 finalist meet fee (if qualified)
  • Heat sheets will be available for $3.
  • A food/drink concessions stand will be available.
  • Female and Male divisions.
  • Full-time Massachusetts resident within the region for 30 days prior to trials.
  • Or Full-time student at a recognized academic institution in the region.
  • Or a registered member of a swimming club in Massachusetts (exclusive contact).
  • No membership to any swim organization is required.
  • US Swimming rules will apply at the qualifiers and finals.
  • US Swimming officials will be used at all meets.
  • Top 4 swimmers in each event will move to the finals.
  • Entry is limited up to four events during the whole meet.
  • Each participant will receive a Bay State Games t-shirt at registration.

Finals will take place at Harvard University Blodgett Pool, July 13-14
